Sales Specialist
We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand the sales process and excel at following up with prospects, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver quality and Custom demonstrations of Cavintek products to prospects based on the prospect’s needs and priorities.
- Understand customer requirements, problems, challenges, timelines, budget, and authority.
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
- Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, and Accountants, and ask intelligent questions.
- Increase your pipeline by lead-generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-5 years of experience as a sales representative/sales prospecting specialist.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Sincere customer empathy and Organized & strong time management skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment.
- A sense of urgency and persistence.
Note: We are looking for candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience. This position is for our Chennai location only.
