Where can I customize the date format so that it shows up as MM/DD/YYYY?
You can set the date format in the Customer Setup screen. This is available under your profile – Customer Setup. You can also enable or disable the daily reminders for all requests pending for review. In this screen, you can also enable or disable the internal id that shows up in all workflows. Please note that this is available only for administrators. See the screen below –
