I’ve created a new workflow in CFLOW easily, but the features seem to be quite limited. I couldn’t even make my fields mandatory or customize my email notifications. Why?
CFLOW provides a simple interface to automate your business processes. The initial workflow creation is designed to be simple as the goal here is to help you define the form fields and the flow. The advanced features are available in the Control Center where you can view the detailed field properties, define escalation rules and related email notifications, schedule auto-approval rules, and trigger new requests in other workflows. The control center also lets you re-design your form fields and create hidden fields and advanced arithmetic and string manipulation operations.
