Implementing multiple SLAs based on rules
CFLOW ensures you remain compliant with the SLAs you negotiate with your customers via the Due Days configuration in the Process Stage properties screen. When you have multiple SLAs based on categories or levels of support or a combination, a simple field configuration may not work. In this case, you can use the special keyword Due_InX where X is the process stage number and configure these fields in a lookup table. You will also add the categories and other relevant fields in this lookup table. You may then reference the values from this lookup table in your workflow and the SLA would be automatically populated based on the category you select.
