CFLOW uses a role-based security model that is both time-tested and easy to use. Users are assigned to roles (multiple roles too) and the access permissions to different modules in CFLOW are defined for each role. In this case, you’ll want to define a role that has view permissions to all records and edit permissions to none of records. You can now assign the users to this role and they’ll be able to view the requests and details including attachments and comments, but will not be able to update the record.
