You are already aware that CFLOW provides an intuitive interface for configuring lookups. Click on the icon in pink and open the lookup editor.

Select your master table from which you want to lookup a field. Specify the master fields that connects your workflow to the master and specify the fields that you would like to populate from the master.

Add more lookups if required and click on Export to export this configuration as an XML file. You may then open the lookup editor for another workflow and click on Import. Select the saved XML file and boom – your configuration is all right here and you just need to select the right field in this workflow.
Cool, isn’t it? You don’t need to recreate the configurations and waste your valuable time and set yourself up for mistakes and oversights.
