To add users to your workflow, you should login to the cflow application with admin access.

Click on the ‘Security Settings’ icon from the left menu bar.

Now, click on the ‘Users’ tab.

Details of the Users added so far will be displayed .



Click on the button ‘Add user’. The ‘Add User’ screen pops up.

In this screen, give a name for your user, specify the login id and email.

Next, you can select the ‘Role’ of your user from the drop down.


Provide a password for your user login.

Select the name of the Supervisor, HOD and Default Language from the respective drop downs.

Select the check box ‘Is Active’ to make the newly created user to be ‘Active’.

Click on ‘Save’ button and you will get a message, user added successfully.
